Which possiblities of delivery are available?
During the order process you have two choices of delivery:
Pick up: You pick up your order at Soul Insight by appointment. Schedule your date at the page picking up your order.
Shipping:
The date and time of delivery of an artwork will be scheduled personally with Brigitte Remmelts.
Shipping abroad:
Standard shipment will take place to addresses in the Netherlands. Do you prefer shipment abroad to a different country? Please then contact Soul Insight to discuss your possibilities.
Do you want to see the product first before you decide to buy it?
Please contact me then by filling out the contact form.
Can I follow my order?
Yes, after your order you will receive a track and trace code.
When can I pick up my order?
Products from stock can be picked up by visiting the page picking up your order. You can choose a date out of the available dates by filling out the form.
In case of an order of a personalized product I will contact you myself to schedule an appointment.
Can I see the product first before I decide to buy it?
Yes, this is possible.

What is the delivery time?
Most of the products in this webshop are unique and hand made. I invest love and time to make sure your order will have the best quality possible. In case of shipment you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you prefer more information about the estimated delivery time before you order? Please contact me then via the contact page or use the option Do you have a question about this product? You will find this option mentioned at the product itself.
For delivery at an address abroad Brigtte Remmelts will personally schedule a date for shipment after payment of the shipping cost.
What is the amount of shipping costs?
The shipping costs of an artwork in the Netherlands are € 35,-.
The costs for shipment are displayed at the product.
How can I return my product?
In case you want to return the product, please send the return form (in the navigation menu under Returns) with your name, delivery address of your order and order number and the reason of return (not required).
Soul Insight will then send you an e-mail to obtain a return label you can print and use to return the product. The shipping costs for this return are for the customer.
Terms of returns
During the withdrawal period of 14 days, you shall treat the product and its packaging with care. You shall only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to assess the nature, characteristics and efficacy of the product.
Important note: Soul Insight will only accept the returned product if you reported this beforehand. The product should not be damaged, not used and in original state.
If the product is not returned to Soul Insight within 14 days from the day that the link to the return label is sent to you, the contract is binding.
Settlement after return
After the reception of your accepted returned product the original amount will be refunded including the shipping cost of your order. You will receive this amount as soon as possible, but at least within 14 days. In case you ordered more than one product at the same time and you return only one product, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

How can I file a complaint?
Complaints
It is very important for Soul Insight that your product meets with your expectations. Don’t hesitate to contact me if this is not the case.
Do you have a complaint about your product or your delivery? Please fill out the form of complaint (in the navigation menu under complaints) with your name, delivery address and the order number of your product. Please describe in this form the reason why you are not satisfied and I will contact you within 24 hours to find an appropriate solution.
We will deliberate to make sure that you will become a satisfied customer after all.

Why does the price not include VAT? (from January 1 2021) ?
From 1 januari 2021 Soul Insight participates in the structure for small entrepeneurs. This means there is no VAT included and at the same time Soul Insight cannot declare payed VAT for investments aand costs anymore at the Tax Institute.
